HOW TO MAKE SOYA RAITA

Ingredients for Soya Raita:
1. Soyabean 1 bowl soaked in water for a night.
2. Milk : 1/2 bowl.
3. Pudina: 1 Teaspoon
4. Black Pepper Powder or Kali Mirch Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon
5. Black Salt or Kala Namak: 1/4 Teaspoon
6. Salt: 1/4 Teaspoon
7. Coriander Leaves: Finely cut 1/2 Bowl.
8. Curd or Yogurt: 1 Bowl
Preparation of Soya Raita
1. Take the soaked soyabean and grind it. This mixture should be as layers milk. Boil it.
2. Keep it stir with spoon til 3-4 boilings.
3. Mix milk in it and keep stirring with spoon and switch off the gas.
4. After it become warmer then add curd to it and keep aside for 5-6 hours.
5. After it become curd mix all the above referred items in it properly.
SOYA RAITA IS READY AND SERVE WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
