Preparation of Pudina Potato Balls
- Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker.
- Peel the boiled potatoes.
- Chop the boiled potatoes and cheese.
- Cut mint leaves.
- Cut green chillies in to small pieces.
- Chop green chilies in to small pieces.
- Combine chopped potatoes,cheese,mint leaves, green chillies, corn flour, salt and black peeper with the help of butter.
- Cover this combine items for 1/2 hour.
- After 1/2 hour again combine the batter with the help of butter.
- Now make small balls of the batter.
- While making small balls, keep kadai on the gas with oil for heating on medium flame. Oil should not be excessively heated otherwise recipe will be damaged.
- Now put the balls made in the heated oil for deep frying.
- After balls changes colour to maroon or brown take it out from oil with the help of spoon and drain it well. After that keeps the balls on the tissue paper for more draining of oil.
PUDINA POTATO BALLS is ready to serve/eat with tomato sauce.
