HOW TO MAKE BHEL PURI

Bhel is a very crispy, sweet Indian snacks. It got famous from chowpaty.
Ingredients for making Bhel Puri
- 1 Large and 1 small potato or 3 medium size potatoes
- 1/4-1/2 tbsp salt as per taste
- Water as per requirement
- Puffed Rice or murmura 2 cups
- Barik Sev 3/4 cups
- Chili Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Green Chillies 2-3
- Big Tomato 1
- 6-7 Papdi or Salty Wafers
- Roasted peanuts 1 tbsp
- Big onion 1
- Namkeen Bundi
- Roasted chana dal
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Big lemon 1 or 1/2-3/4 tbsp lemon juice
- Tamarind Chutney 2-3 tsp
- Green coriander chutney 2-3 tsp
- Chat Masala Powder 2-3 tsp
- Big Bowl
- 1 Big spoon
Preparation of Bhel Puri
- Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker.
- Peel the boiled potatoes
- Smash peeled potatoes.
- Cut onion into small pieces
- Chop green chilies in to small pieces.
- Cut tomato into small pieces.
- Cut coriander leaves.
- Now take a big bowl and put smashed boiled potatoes, puffed rice, add barik sev, chopped green chillies, diced tomato, papdi or salty wafers, roasted peanuts, finely chopped onion, namkeen bundi, roasted chana dal and mix it properly with the help of big spoon.
- Now the material have mixed well and now the time to add chutneys. So add chat masala powder, tamarind chutney, green coriander chutney, lemon juice to the material and again mix it properly with the help of big spoon. Mixing is very important to get the yummy taste.
- Now, the last step. Add salt, water, chili powder, chopped coriander leaves and again mix it properly.
- Tasty, yummy, crispy BHEL PURI is ready.
Serve/Eat the BHEL PURI. if NEEDED chutneys on plate for more yummier taste.
